If you are reading this blog post and you are an HHG Agent, you already feel it. Heck, you’ve been feeling it for the past three years and per AMSA’s 2019 Industry Trends Report, the entire HHG Market is down 10 percent year over year. Shipment Volume through March 2019 doesn’t look any better. In particular:
- COD shipments have fallen between 5 and 6 percent each year *
- Corporate shipments/NAC have dropped nearly 7 percent since March 2018 *
