It’s been almost a year since COVID-19 rocked the entire world’s… well, world. Since then, countless businesses have resorted to going remote. Here at ChoiceLocal, we have always had the option to work from home a couple of days a week, but have been full-time remote for about eight months now.
One thing that does not change when moving to remote working is burnout. Just like back in the office, it’s just as likely to happen at home! In fact, 69% of employees are experiencing burnout while working from home.
