I understand.  That must be really tough. We’ve had a lot of clients go through similar situations and we are here to help. I want to learn all about your Mom/Dad and your situation so I can make sure we can take really, really good care of you. First, I need to ask you a couple questions…

Prospect Name, What is the name of “Mom/Dad/the person” who will be receiving care?”

“I’d love to share some additional information about our services. Do you have an email address I can send the information to? Are there any other people you think may find this information helpful? What is his/her email?”

(Prospect: Yes/No)

(In the rare case they push back state:
“I want to email you my contact information, along with some information that can help you in taking care of Mom/Dad.”)

What is your contact phone number?

Do you have any other phone numbers we could reach you at?

Thanks! Before we go much further can you tell me in what city is care going to be given?

(Prospect: Answers)

Thanks, why don’t you tell me more about Mom/Dad’s situation.

Having done this for many wonderful people we have found that the best way for us to help you is for us to meet with you and Mom at her place. During this free consultation we want to see her/him, see the home, meet with you both and talk face to face. We then can do an evaluation of all factors and come up with a unique care plan. How is ?

 

(REMEMBER: DO NOT give them a CHOICE on if a home visit occurs.)

Their only choice is, if Tuesday, or another date and time works?)

If prospect does not agree to a home visit. Ask them:

Prospect Name, what date/time they would like to have a follow-up call scheduled?

Persist in trying to book this follow-up call at an agreed date/time. If prospect does not agree to a date/time of follow-up, schedule the next follow-up task.

Price Question Guide:

If they ask what the price is or what you charge per hour ask:
“What is your budget?”

If they tell you say:
Great, we have a solution within that budget.
