Directions

Accept the Outlook meeting (or let Hillary know) to indicate you will be attending and participating in golf that day.
teams of ~4 people – CL will create randomly based on those who are attending (TBA 6/21)

Design your hole in advance, or day of, however we will only have 30 minutes to set up and assemble our holes. Once the time is complete to set up holes, then we will play.

Please get creative!
You can print and assemble in advance if you want to use graphics, be super-efficient or have even more fun with your hole, or oasis!

You can use the office indoors or outdoors. We will assign your team spaces based on the below; https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kvShH6mRld2BnhEuujO0ueTOKjApvAVmGlVPmDW0FqE/edit?usp=sharing

Think about how the “fairways” will look and how you will get to the hole….. will you have any obstructions? Will it be a direct shot or more of a maze, or challenge to get to the hole?

Day of Timeline

2:00 pm: Meet at front door, will go over details / answer ?s, Get into your teams – see GoogleSheet above for assignment (teams will be announced Friday 6/21)
2:15 pm: 30 minutes to set up and assemble our holes
2:45 pm: bio-break
3:00 pm: start of mini office golf

All teammates will meet at the front door (either inside or out, weather depending), we will pass out scorecards, then we will send teams to a hole where they will start.
Using the provided “golf”ball start playing each hole one at a time and record your scores on the provided scorecard.
if you have more than 4 people, take a median of all scores and keep one scorecard per person as well as one for your team

Based on which hole you start on, you will go up (so if you start on hole 3, play hole 4 then 5…to 9, then back to 1, 2…) then continue to play until you have played all 9 holes.

Most importantly….have fun!!!
